The timing must infuriate Research in Motion, who released their Blackberry Torch phone to a muted response. Now, Motorola has released their ‘Droid 2’ phone which is obviously targeted at more business users. It features a touch-screen with the usual Android functionality but also a slide-out keyboard (which looks larger than the Blackberry Torch’s) for those people who prefer a physical keypad.
I must say it looks slick, and I would probably buy one to replace the Nexus One I have been using day to day.
