Google’s Nexus S

Well done to Engadget for getting the first pictures of Google & Samsung’s joint venture on a new ‘pure’ Android phone … the Nexus S.

According to multiple reports, the Nexus S runs Gingerbread (Android 2.3), sports a 4-inch AMOLED screen, sports a curved back, hosts a front-facing camera and will be available on T-Mobile (in the US). It’s expected to be announced at the same time as Google’s official Gingerbread announcement … which could be any day now.

Neither Google nor Samsung will comment on the rumours, but people seem very confident this is the real deal.
